Private TRAINING

nEW TO THE STUDIO? START HERE!

In your private Session, your instructor will empower you to strive for just a bit more than you thought you could achieve, all while supporting your movement needs and goals. Start with 30 minutes of reformer to align the body, and then challenge your strength with the traditional mat work. Finish your resistance training program with the auxiliary pieces (springs, chairs, barrels, magic circle).


We require 3 private sessions before entering the group class format. Regardless of your previous experience.
