Monthly memberships allow for a consistent weekly schedule and help you manage expenses. With a membership, you become part of The EBP tribe, a thriving community for all of us to practice and achieve our goals together.

4-month contracts are permitted a one time 30-day freeze. 1-year contracts are permitted to freeze 2 billing cycles in a contract cycle (60 days). Each time the contract is frozen, 1 additional month will be added to the end of your contract.

We will ensure one of our talented staff is there for your session. If, for some reason, we cannot get the hours covered, we will try to book you another session that week. If we cannot hold up our commitment to you, we will make it right, we promise. We offer Trio students the option to use their membership value towards a private session; The Trio Trade-In Program : 2 Trio sessions for 1 Private session.

Every Trio session must have two participating students to run. At least 8 hours before your class, you will be notified if you are the only participant. You will be given the option to cancel free of charge OR you can keep the hour as a private session for the discounted rate of $110. If your class partner late cancels (under 24 hours), we will still happily see you at your normal TRIO rate. This is also a great chance to take advantage of the Trio Trade-In Program.

If you use more sessions in a month than are included in your membership, you may purchase additional sessions at a 20% discount. Every three months one day of the week will appear five times on the calendar rather than four. If you are very consistent with your Pilates, we will ask that you purchase these additional sessions as you go. For example, with a 12-month membership, 48 weeks of Pilates are included. If you come every single week for a whole year, throughout that year, you’ll purchase at least 4 additional sessions.

That’s great! Your body will change even faster and you’ll feel even better. We’re happy to update your membership at any time to include more sessions.

We always love to hear from our clients and will support you on your wellness journey as much as possible. We know that sometimes Life happens with a capital “L”. You are very important to us and we will work with you to keep you moving and staying well.

Your membership includes 4-, 8-, or 12-sessions each month, but sometimes you will inevitably end up taking more than your monthly allowance. Every single session needs to be accounted for. We need to pay your wonderful hard-working instructors for their brilliance. And, we need to keep the studio up and running to support all of those lessons. Please remember the sessions EXPIRE at the end of each month. NO ROLLOVERS.

We are lucky to be a very busy studio and strongly recommend standing appointments, including standing group class reservations. This way, you are always guaranteed a place on the schedule. Without a standing commitment, we can’t guarantee a place for you at your preferred time. Of course, we will do our very best to accommodate all requests. Please always let us know when there are particular days and times you’re looking for.

Yes. If you can’t keep your appointment, we can offer this “one-off” opportunity to another client. Our cancellation policy applies to our contract members too.
