At Empowered Body Pilates, we provide complete Pilates instruction in small group settings at our inclusive Pilates studio in the Cupertino area. We also offer private training sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction in a safe, comfortable environment. Our studio is equipped with a full range of Pilates equipment that is suitable for every fitness level, from the beginning enthusiast to the athlete to those who consider themselves more experienced professionals.

Our practice is built on the complete, systematic work of Joseph Pilates — not a contemporary interpretation, not a franchise model. The original method, taught by third-generation Classical instructors using authentic apparatus.

Our TRIO group classes cap at just 3 students. Our private sessions are entirely customized to your body, your history, and your goals. And as California's only REAL® Classical Pilates host studio, we offer something no other studio in the state can.

Our studio offers three private 50-minute sessions, which are customized to each individual’s unique needs. Our professional instructors will familiarize you with the introductory theories of Pilates and will help you form a foundation for your long-term goals. It is our belief that in order to build on a strong foundation, our staff needs to assess each new client’s strengths and work with them to help them set realistic goals. In order to achieve this, all new clients are required to fulfill three private sessions.
