At Empowered Body Pilates, we provide complete Pilates instruction in small group settings at our inclusive Pilates studio in the Cupertino area. We also offer private training sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction in a safe, comfortable environment. Our studio is equipped with a full range of Pilates equipment that is suitable for every fitness level, from the beginning enthusiast to the athlete to those who consider themselves more experienced professionals.

 

HOW TO START

Whether or not you’ve practiced Pilates before, our goal is to introduce you to the Classical Pilates method, which was developed by Joseph H. Pilates, bearing in mind that each student’s needs and experience level will vary. Small Group Pilates Classes in Los Altos

Our studio offers three private 50-minute sessions, which are customized to each individual’s unique needs. Our professional instructors will familiarize you with the introductory theories of Pilates and will help you form a foundation for your long-term goals. It is our belief that in order to build on a strong foundation, our staff needs to assess each new client’s strengths and work with them to help them set realistic goals. In order to achieve this, all new clients are required to fulfill three private classesat our Cupertino-area Pilates studio or virtually.

Classical Pilates is designed as a mindfulness practice to help those who work at it build effective movement, keeping a goal of optimum wellness in mind.
