3 types of resistance training classes to meet your needs: ( Strength with Springs, Reformer and Mixed Equipment ) . These classes use of spring tension to challenge the stability of the body, develop deep core strength and improve alignment.
Classes are limited to 4 participants.
IMPROVE BODY MOVEMENT
The heart and soul of the Pilates method! Improve core strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and overall body composition with a Mat Training Session. Work the body in all planes of motion with nothing but your own body weight and gravity.

PRIVATE/ SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Experience Pilates as the system it was designed to be. Utilizing all pieces of Pilates equipment, Each 55-minute session is tailored specifically for the client to address personal fitness goals, retrain after an injury, or build a deeper knowledge of the Classical Pilates Method.
